The Board of Directors appreciates very much the support of all property owners who have supported the GPOA by volunteering and/or paying their dues. Thank You all!

GPOA needs 100 % participation. The 75 % who have supported the GPOA should not have to carry the 25 % who have decided to let their neighbors maintain Greenbrier to maintain property values.

The initial response to the 2010 dues request has resulted in 495 homeowner checks arriving. The total response for 2009 was 507. This needs to be 652 homeowners for full participation. We will not be able to maintain the low $55.00 annual dues without the participation of all of our neighbors.Please make sending your check a priority.Feel free to contact Bob Griffin to discuss any questions regarding GPOA dues.
