The GPOA Mid-Year meeting will be held at the Emerald on July 14, 2010. Wine and cheese will be available at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. The Board will review the first six months of 2010 and recognize volunteers for their service to Greenbrier. Come and join your neighbors, thanking those who have given so much to your community.

The GPOA Board of Directors in compliance with the zoning ordinance for the City of New Bern has approved the following guidelines: Three garage sales every ninety days on the same property is the maximum.Each day counts as one garage sale. Distribution of GPOA signs and record of compliance will be done by the A.C.C.
